We ship via USPS and all earring orders are sent within 2-3 business days (does not include Saturday or Sunday). USPS could take up to 72 hours after the package being dropped off to scan your package.
Order changes are NOT able to be made after an order is placed, no matter how quickly you email after placing it. Please make sure all of your information is correct before submitting your order. We cannot make address/order changes or apply discounts.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us within 30 days of the package being delivered. Due to the hygienic nature of the product all sales are final and we cannot offer exchanges unless the earrings are defective, damaged, you received the wrong item or they cause an allergic reaction to the ears.Â

How Do I Sign Up For A Subscription?
So excited you are interested in the monthly subscription; it's our favorite! Once you sign up you'll receive a new pair of earrings each month. All earrings are surgical grade stainless steel, waterproof, hypoallergenic, nickel free and 18k gold plated.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, please email hello@piercedco.com and we'll see if we're able to update it for you.
