WHEN WILL MY BOWS SHIP?
Orders ship within 3 business weeks from your order date via USPS. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once USPS scans in your package. The processing time is subject to change if there is a high volume of orders.
I HAD A DISCOUNT CODE THAT I FORGOT TO USE, ARE YOU ABLE TO APPLY IT?
Yes, I definitely can. Please send an email to hello@knottedbowco.com with the subject: APPLY DISCOUNT and I can refund/apply the discount for you.
WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE BOWS?
Each bow is unique due to being handmade and hand tied. With the variety of fabrics used, each bow could vary slightly in dimensions. The approximate size chart can be found here.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR VELVET OF THE MONTH?
As of now, the VOTM is not active. If you'd like to be one of the first to know of any changes, join our Facebook group Knotted Bow Co Insiders.
HELP! THE BOW/CLIP I WANT IS SOLD OUT. WILL IT RESTOCK?
Most of my bows and clips are very limited Capsules so I list all I have. Occasionally I am able to restock. Follow KBC on social media platforms to stay up to date on restocks and new bows.
MY BOW CAME UNTIED, WHAT DO I DO?
All bows & clips are guaranteed forever. If your bow comes untied or your clip breaks please send an email to hello@knottedbowco.com for instructions on how to send your bow in for a retie or to have your clip replaced (KBC will send you a shipping label).
