    Product information

    Jewelry components are tested for child product safety. Components are free of BPA, phthalates and lead. Jewelry of this size is a choking hazard, please monitor child closely while wearing.
    Your favorite gentle cleanser and water will do the trick. Using a bowl (away from the sink to avoid earrings and/or backs going down the drain) fill with warm water, add your cleanser and lightly use a soft toothbrush.

    *HOLIDAY SHIPPING: Any orders placed from 11/01/23 through the end of the year will have a 3-4 business day (Monday-Friday) shipping timeline. This does not include the time it will take USPS to deliver your package, which could take an additional 5-8 days. Please place your orders with enough room for this timeline.

    Order changes are NOT guaranteed to be made after an order is placed, no matter how quickly you email after placing it. Please make sure all of your information is correct before submitting your order. 

    NON-HOLIDAY SHIPPING: We ship via USPS and all earring orders are sent within 2 business days (does not include Saturday or Sunday). USPS could take up to 72 hours after the package being dropped off to scan your package.

    We guarantee our earrings to be 100% sensitive free. If they irritate your ears please email us within 7 days of the package being delivered and we'll refund your order (minus shipping charges). Out of thousands of earrings shipped, we've never had a pair returned due to sensitivity so we are super confident in our guarantee.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order and contact us within 7 days of the package being delivered. Due to the hygienic nature of the product all sales are final unless the earrings are defective, damaged, you received the wrong item or they are sensitive to the ears.

    To start a return, please email hello@piercedco.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your earrings. The return package must be scanned by the shipping company within 7 days of the return approval email. We'll notify you once we’ve received your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (minus shipping charges) within 3 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

    Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

    We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, please email hello@piercedco.com and we'll see if we're able to update it for you.
