We guarantee our earrings to be 100% sensitive free. If they irritate your ears please email us within 7 days of the package being delivered and we'll refund your order (minus shipping charges). Out of thousands of earrings shipped, we've never had a pair returned due to sensitivity so we are super confident in our guarantee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order and contact us within 7 days of the package being delivered. Due to the hygienic nature of the product all sales are final unless the earrings are defective, damaged, you received the wrong item or they are sensitive to the ears.
To start a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your earrings. The return package must be scanned by the shipping company within 7 days of the return approval email. We'll notify you once we’ve received your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (minus shipping charges) within 3 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

How Do I Sign Up For A Subscription?
So excited you are interested in the monthly subscription; it's our favorite! Once you sign up you'll receive a new pair of earrings each month. All earrings are surgical grade stainless steel, waterproof, hypoallergenic, nickel free and 18k gold plated.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, please email email@example.com and we'll see if we're able to update it for you.
